Who we are

ANB Shots (Chamber of Commerce 87898470) is the video studio of Angelo Boerema in Zaandam, the Netherlands, and is responsible for processing personal data as described in this statement. Questions? Email anbshots.info@gmail.com.

What data we process

Through the contact form: your name, company or brand, email address, what we can help with, what you want the content to achieve and, if you fill them in, your preferred shoot period and budget.

If you email us or send a message on WhatsApp or Instagram, we process what you share there, and on WhatsApp also your phone number. If you become a client, we also process the data needed for the quote, the project and invoicing.

What we use it for

To answer your request, make a proposal, carry out the project and invoice it. We do not use your data for newsletters or advertising, and we never sell it.

On what basis

We process your data because you ask us for a reply or a quote, to perform the agreement, and because we are legally required to keep our records.

How long we keep it

A request that does not lead to a project is kept for at most 12 months. Data belonging to a project and invoice is kept for 7 years, as Dutch law requires for business records.

Who we share it with

We work with a few service providers who process data on our behalf: the website hosting, the email service that sends the form, and our email provider. A WhatsApp message to us goes through WhatsApp (Meta). If one of them is outside the European Union, this only happens with appropriate safeguards, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies for tracking or advertising and does not use tools that follow you across other websites.

Footage

Do you appear in an ANB Shots production and have a question about how it is used? Email us and we will look for a solution together with the client.

Your rights

You may access your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to its use and request it in a common format. Send your request to anbshots.info@gmail.com; we reply within one month.

If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Changes

We update this statement when the way we work changes. The date of the last change is at the top.
